Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?

Most orders received by 2:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day, orders received after 2:00 PM EST could be shipped the following day. Orders received on Friday after 2:00 PM EST could be shipped the following Monday.

We charge a flat shipping fee of $8.50 on all orders. This will go out United State Postal Service.
We also offer you an option for United Parcal Service for additional fee.

No orders will be shipped on major holidays.

There are some exceptions to orders shipping same or next business day:

Any customization of a product may delay the shipping time. These products can take a few weeks to ship and you will be notified by e-mail after your order is placed.

We value our customer's trust and aim to provide the highest level of security possible. In some cases, additional information may be required to process your order. You may be contacted by e-mail or phone to verify your order information. In these cases, your order will be shipped within 1 business day after your order information is verified.

We ship using USPS, UPS and Fedex. Delivery confirmation is included in all orders and will be emailed within 24-48 hrs after you place your order.

Note: If your package is returned 'undeliverable' it will not be reshipped. You will be returned the original purchase price, but not the shipping charges.

We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide us with a street address if your billing address is a PO Box.

GolfGripsDepot respects your privacy. We ask for your name, e-mail address, and phone number so that we can better assist you with the products you are purchasing and contact you with any concerns pertaining to your order. We will not pass on or sell any of this information to other companies without your written consent.

Returns & Replacements

GolfGripsDepot wants you to be totally satisfied with your products. If you are unhappy with an item you purchased you may return it under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packing with all the materials.
  • The product must be returned in no more than 30 days from receipt.
  • Restocking fees: 25% restocking fee on... (You will be informed of items that have a restocking fee on your invoice and your confirmation e-mail.)
  • Items that are NOT returnable: ... (You will be informed of items that are NOT returnable on your invoice and your confirmation e-mail.)
  • Also, any items that are customized are NOT returnable
  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns unless the product was damaged or a different product from the one ordered.

    You should contact us if you want to return an item, we will provide with an RA number. The item must be returned with an RA and must be shipped no more than 10 days from receiving the RA number.

    Shipping costs will not be refunded if you choose to return an item.

    If you choose to cancel your order after your order has been shipped, this return policy applies. You must take delivery of the purchased products, contact us for an RA number so you can return your items. If you do not take delivery of your products, we will deduct the return shipping costs from your refund.

  • We will credit your account once we receive the items back. If you paid using a credit card, we will credit your account.

    GolfGripsDepot accepts the following credit cards, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Your credit card numbers are entered through our secure server and these numbers are not stored for your security.

    In addition, we accept PayPal orders.  No products will be sent out until funds are cleared.


    There is a 10% service charge for all cancellations after an order has been processed online or by phone and paid for.

    There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy.

    GolfGripsDepot has the right to refund customer due to unintentional error made in graphics and/or pricing.


    If you refuse your merchandise you will be charged for shipping charges as well as a 25% restocking fee. Any refused delivery will be charged a re-routing fee that is determined by UPS. This charge will be deducted from your refund.
